The staff were very helpful and took the time to help me translate grab so I could order food. The space itself is clean
Very close to the hustle and bustle but on a pretty quiet street so you can walk out to it if you’re interested or stay in for quiet time.

Pleasant
The location was good if you don't mind walking a bit to old town. But there are a lot of restaurants and markets close by.
There was a weird smell from the bathroom, the faucet was leaking so the bathroom floor was wet (got fixed the 3rd day). We asked for cleaning once in our 6 day-stay and the cleaning was halfhearted and our door was left unlocked and a few cm open when we got back in the evening so anybody could have gone into our room. We had no hand soap, even after letting the staff know we still didn't get any soap (we used soap from the dispenser in the shower instead). The bed was quite hard, it was ok but shoulders and hips were hurting. The staff/owner came across as unhelpful and sometimes unfriendly. The breakfast wasn't very good or tasty so we mostly ate elsewhere. Not as pretty as the pictures. The pool area was uninviting. The pool is small and sunbathing area under the roof (shadow all the time).
